x^2-9. -5.

15+x^2 9

By cross multiplying ,

9(x^2-9) = -5( 15+x^2 )

9x^2- 81 = -75 - 5 x^2

9x^2+5x^2 =81 -75

14x^2 =6

x^2 = 6

----

14

x^2 = 3/7

x=3/7
