Answer:

P = F / A

now f = 550 n

and area = 1cm square

sp change into metre now,(1/100)

so ,0.01metre square

Now , pressure = (550 × 0.01)

= 5.5 Pascal

Answer:

5500000 or pascals

Explanation:

to get the answer we need to convert cm2 to m2. 1 cm2 is 0.0001 m2. The force is 550 N. the formula for finding pressure is force divided by the surface area. the smaller the surface area the larger the pressure. So we get our answer by dividing 550 by 0.0001 which is 5500000. the other answer was wrong cause of two points. first we dont measure pressure by multiplying we measure it by dividing. and 1 cm2 isnt 0.001 m2. its 0.0001 m2. 1 cm is 0.001 m.
