we know pythagorean tripets are

2x \\  {x}^{2}  - 1 \\  {x}^{2}  + 1

so

 {x}^{2}  + 1 = 145 \\  {x}^{2}  = 144 \\ x = 12

so required triplet is

2x = 2 \times 12 = 24 \\  {x}^{2}  - 1 =  {12}^{2}  - 1 = 144 - 1 = 143 \\  {x}^{2}  + 1 =  {12}^{2}  + 1 = 144 + 1 = 145
