And,

Therefore,
Required quadratic polynomial = X²-(Sum of zeroes)X + Product of zeroes.

= X² + X/2 - 3
=> 2X² + X - 6.
And,
Product of zeroes = -3.
Therefore,
Required quadratic polynomial = X²-(Sum of zeroes)X + Product of zeroes.
