Given

Sum of zeroes = 4

Product of zeroes = 1

To find

Quadratic equation

General form of quadratic polynomial

x² - (α + β)x + αβ = 0

We have

α + β = 4

αβ = 1

Now Put the value on

x² - (α + β)x + αβ = 0

x² - 4x + 1 = 0

Quadratic polynomial is x² - 4x + 1 = 0

Answer

x² - 4x + 1 = 0

 \bf \color{navy}Answer:

 \huge \bf \color{purple}x²  -  4x + 1

 \bf \color{teal}Step-by-step explanation:

 \bf \red{Given:}

 \bf \color{blue}Sum \: of \: zeroes = α + β = 4

 \bf \color{brown}{Product \: of \: zeroes = αβ = 1 }

 \bf \pink{Then, the \: quadratic \: polynomial}

 \bf \green{= x²  -  (sum \: of \: zeroes)x + product \: of \: zeroes}

 \bf \purple{= x²  -  (4)x + 1 }

 \bf \color{red}{=> x²  -  4x + 1}
