AnswEr:-

Your Answers Are:-

  • Quotient = 3x - 4.

  • Remainder = 5.

ExplanaTion:-

Given:-

  • Dividend = \tt 6x^2-5x+1.

  • Divisor = 2x + 1.

And we have to divide Dividend by Divisor.

So By Long Division Method:-

 \hookrightarrow \boxed{\begin{array}\quad\begin{tabular}{m{3.5em}cccc}&& 3x& -4\\\cline{3-5}\multicolumn{2}{l}{2x + 1\big)}& \not{6x^2}& - 5x& + 1 \\&&  \not{6x^2}&+3x&\\&&(-)&(-) &&\\ \cline{3-5}&&& \not{- 8x}&  + 1\\&&&  \not{ - 8x}&-4 \\ &&&(+)&(+)&\\ \cline{4-5}&&&& 5\\ \\\end{tabular}\end{array}}
