R1 = 4 ohm

R2 = 2 ohm

R3 = 1 ohm

R4 = 8 ohm

R5 = 4 ohm

R1 *R5 = R2 *R4

16 = 16

Therefore no current from R3 .

Now lets solve Rab ,

Rab = 4 ohm
