Answer would be - 2:1

Explanation:

As we know, Resistance is given by

R= Resistivity × Length of Conductor / Area of cross section

So, when length is doubled and radius is doubled (i.e., Area becomes 4 times) the resistance will be halved.

So the ratio of original resistance to new resistance will be 2:1
