1st insertion.

For inserting a number you should first see which number is bigger.. for example take LCM..

-2/3 and -1/5

take LCM.. -10/15 and - 3/15

we come to know that -1/5 is lesser than -2/3

so the fomula is 1/2 of ( the lesser number + the greter number)

1/2{-1/5+ (-2/3)}

1/2(-1/5-2/3)

1/2(-3-10 the whole by 15)

1/2(-13/15)

= -13/30

So if they ask to take 2nd insertion then take it between -1/5 and -13/30 or between -13/30 and -2/3 following the same steps..

follows the same for 3rd, 4th etc insertion..
