if both are equidistant then according to distance formula:-

 \sqrt{ {(x - 1)}^{2} +  {(2 - y)}^{2}  }   =  \sqrt{ {(x - 7)}^{2} + ( {2 - 4)}^{2}  }  \\  {x}^{2}  - x  + 1 + 4 - 4y +  {y}^{2}  =  {x}^{2}  - 14x + 49 + 4 \\ {x}^{2}  - x + 5 - 4y  +  {y}^{2}  =  {x}^{2}  - 14x + 53 \\ - x + 14x - 4y +  {y}^{2}  = 53 - 5 \\ 13x - 4y +  {y}^{2}  = 48
