Find remainder when x2018+2018 divided by x-1

given ,
f(x) = x 2018 + 2018 -----(1)

g( x ) = x - 1

x- 1 = 0 , x = 1

now put value of "x" in eqn.(1)

f (1 ) = 1 × 2018 + 2018

= 4036

hence remainder will be 4036.
