Find required area of carpet to cover a floor 25m by 15 m.

Answer:

area of carpet = area of floor

given: length of floor = 25 metre and breadth of 15 metre

now area of carpet = lb

area of carpet = 25 *15

= 375 metre sq

hence, the area of carpet required is 375 metre sq
