First find all the resistances in parallel connection

i.e. 2/2 + 2/2

= 2 ohm

now the resistances are 2ohm each

then Upper two will be in series and the lower ones will also be in series.

so now you will have resistances of 4ohm in upper and lower in parallel solve them like

1/R = 4/2 + 4/2

which is 4 ohm

answer.
