Resistors a,b,c all are connected in parallel.

So,

$\begin{array}{cc}\frac{1}{R_{eq}} = \frac{1}{a} + \frac{1}{b} + \frac{1}{c} \\ \\ = \frac{1}{10} + \frac{1}{10} + \frac{1}{10} \\ \\ = \frac{3}{10} \\ \\ \therefore \: R_{eq} = \frac{10}{3} \: ohm \end{array}$
