19x = 7 - 6x {}^{2}  \\  \\  =  >  - 6x {}^{2}   - 19x + 7  = 0 \\  \\  =  >  - 6x {}^{2}  - 21x + 2x + 7 = 0 \\  \\  =  >  - 3x(2x + 7) + 1(2x + 7) = 0 \\  \\  =  > (2x + 7)( - 3x + 1) = 0 \\  \\  =  > x =   \frac{ - 7}{2} (or) \: x =  \frac{1}{3}
