$5 {x}^{2} - 6x + 1 = 0$

=>It is in the form of quadratic equation so,we factorise it to find roots.

=>Quadratic polynomial is a polynomial having highest degree or power 2.

$= > 5 {x}^{2} - 5x - x + 1 = 0$

$= > 5x(x - 1) - 1(x - 1) = 0$

$= > (5x - 1)(x - 1) = 0$

$= > 5x - 1 = 0$
