Sinx = -1/5
sin²x = 1/25
Now,
cos²x = 1-sin²x
{by identity, sin²x+cos²x = 1}
cos²x = 1-1/25
cos²x = 25-1/25
cos²x = 24/25
cosx = √24/5
Now, we know,
secx = 1/cosx
so,
secx = 5/√24 or 5√6/12
Since the theta is in Quadrant IV the value will be positive, cause sec and cos remains positive in Quadrant IV
{ps:-I have taken x in place of theta}
Cheers!
