Area of the square:10×6+16

10×22=220

Area of the small triangle:5×4/2

20/2=10

Area of the big triangle:5×6/2

30/2=15

Area of triangles:10+15=25

If you subtract the area of the triangle from the area of the square, you'll find the painted area.

220-25= 195 = find shaded region

Have a nice day
