PBL : NDJ
Relate the first, second and third letter of PBL with that of First letter of NDJ.
Here you can see the pattern that,
P (16) - 2 = N (14)
Then in the next letters 2 is getting added.
B(2) + 2 = D (4)
and in the last letter,
L(12) - 2 = J(10)
So, similarly VCR : TEP
That is V - 2 = T
C(3) + 2 = E(5)
R(18) - 2 = P(16)
