lets start with A.
there is A then B in the 2nd term then C is on the left of A and D on the left of B . similarly there is E in the 3rd term, then there should be F on the right side of 4th term, then G is on the left of E, then H should be on the left of F.
Then taking R and N of the first two terms, there is a gap of 3 terms(O,P,Q) between these two.also there is a gap of 3 terms(P,Q,R) between S and O.
in the 3 rd term the 1st letter is T, then the first letter of 4th term should be 3 places more than T.It will be P. similarly, the 2nd letter of 4th term should be 3 places more than S. it will be O.

R(18) - 4 = N(14).......(2)

In first and second letter you have to substract 4 from it.

C(3) + 1 = D(4).....(3)
A(1) + 1 = B(2)......(4)

In third and fourth you have add 1 to it.

So, similarly,

T(20) - 4 = P(16)
S(19) - 4 = O(15)
G(7) + 1 = H(8)
E(5) + 1 = F(6)
