we know that SI=PNR/100

P=8000

N=3/4

R=50/3

putting the values in the formula

we get

SI=8000×3/4×50/3×1/100

=100000/100

=Rs1000

Answer:

 \red { Simple Interest} \green{ = Rs \:1000}

Step-by-step explanation:

 Principal (P) = Rs \: 8000

 Time (T) = 9 \: months \\= \frac{9}{12} \: years \\= \frac{3}{4} \: years

 Rate \: of \: interest (R) = \frac{50}{3} \:p.a

 \boxed { \pink { Simple Interest = \frac{PTR}{100} }}

 = \frac{ 8000 \times \frac{3}{4} \times \frac{50}{3}}{100} \\= \frac{8000 \times 3 \times 50}{100\times 4 \times 3 }\\= Rs \:1000

Therefore.,

 \red { Simple Interest} \green{ = Rs \:1000}
