  \tan(x)  =  -  \frac{4}{3}
 = >  \sin(x)  =  -  \frac{4}{ \sqrt{ {3}^{2} +  {4}^{2}  } }
 =  >  \sin(x)  =  -  \frac{4}{5}
sin (x ) is negative as x lies in 4th quadrant.
