Find (sinA+cosA)²+(sinA-cosA)²

Answer:

(sinA + cosA)² + (sinA - cosA)²

= sin²A + cos²A + 2sinA.cosA + sin²A + cos²A - 2sinA.cosA

= 1 + 2sinA.cosA + 1 - 2sinA.cosA

= 1 + 1

= 2.

 \sin {}^{2} (a)  +  \cos {}^{2} (a {})  + 2 \sin(a \cos(a) )  +  \sin {}^{2} ( a)  + cos {}^{2} a - 2cos \: a \: sin \: a

 \sin {}^{2} a  + \ \cos {}^{2} (a)  = 1

so ur ans is 2
