first term(a)=6

last term(Tn)=2

number of terms=6+2=8

Now,

Tn=a+(n-1)d

2=6+(8-1)d

2-6=7d

-4=7d

[d=-4/7]

And,

Sixth mean=T7=a+6d=6+6×(-4/7)

=18/7
