for finding rational number between two numbers first same the denominator as follow:

 \frac{2}{7} \: and \:  \frac{3}{10} \\  =  \frac{2 \times 100}{7 \times 100} \: and \:  \frac{3 \times 70}{10 \times 70}  \\  =  \frac{200}{700} \: and \:   \frac{210}{700}  \\ numbers \: between \:  \frac{2}{7} \: and \:  \\  \frac{3}{7} are =    \frac{201}{700} \:  \:  \frac{202}{700}  \:  \:  \frac{203}{700} \ \:  \:  \frac{204}{700} \:  \:  \frac{205}{700} \:  \:  \frac{206}{700}
