=>frist let us find the prime factorsiation of 1100

=>it is in the photo given below 

1100 = 2
² ×5²×11

we see that 11 is not in pair 

∴11 is the smallest number by which 1100 must be multiplied so that products becomes a perfect square

=>11*1100 = 12100

=>
√12100 =  110
