Answer:

2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 3 x 7 x 7

if we make it perfect square

(2 X2) (2x2) (3) (7x7)

3 has not a pair

that's why We must devide it by 3 to get a perfect square like

(2x2)(2x2)(7x7) = 784

  = \sqrt{(2 \times 2)(2 \times 2)(7 \times 7)} \\ \\ = 2 \times 2 \times 7 \\ \\ = 28
