Next there are total 11 numbers from 25 to 36 ( 36 - 25 ), and also 27.54 is 2.54 steps away from 25. ( 27.54 - 25). Now, to find the fractional part you can use this rule.

2.54 / 11 , which may be roughly 0.24, so add 0.24 to 5, so it is 5.24. And the correct answer is 5.2478 which is very close to our shortcut method.
