Hey mate,
Here is your answer,
So first put 43 as(a+b) ^2
where 40 is a and 3 is b
So,

43=>(40+3)^2
=> (40+3)^2
we have to find square so.
(40+3)^2
(A+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab
(40)^2 + (3)^2 + 2×(40)×(3)
1600+9+240
