Find
Square Root of 44100 using long division method
Solution
Step 1 : Make pair of digits of given number starting with digit at one's place and Put bar on each pair.
Step 2 : Now multiply the number by itself so that the product ≤ 4
Step 3 : Bring down 41 & quotient 2 is multiplied by 2 which becomes 4, which is starting digit of the new divisor
Step 4 : 1 should be the digit at one's place of new divisor
Step 5 : Bring down 00 and quotient 21 is multiplied by 2 which becomes 42, which is starting digit of new divisor
