given \: radius \: of \: sphere \:  = 14cm

surface \: area \: of \: the \: sphere \:  = 4\pi {r}^{2}

4 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 14 \times 14

4 \times 22 \times 2 \times 14

If π = 23/7, then

Surface area of sphere = 4πr²

= 4×(22/7)×(14)²

= 2464 cm²

If π = 3.14, then

surface area of sphere = 4πr²

= 4×(3.14)×(14)²

= 2461.76 cm²
