First,e have multiply their denominator to each other's numerator and denominator.

-3/7= -3×11/7×11

-4/11= -4×7/11×7= -28/77

But also now we don't get 10 rational numbers b/w them.

So, -33/77= -33×2/77×2= -66/154

     -28/77= -28×2/77×2= -56/154

Now you can write any 10 rational no. b/w -66/154 to -56/154

like-  -57/154,-58/154 etc.
