Answer:numbers between -3/7 and 2/3

As denominators are different, first make them same and then find the numbers between them.

So lcm=7x3   (there is no common factor between 7 and 3)

         =21

Then,

-3/7 x 3/3 = -9/21

2/3 x 7/7 =14/21

Now as the denominators are the same find 10 rational numbers between -9 and 14.

So,

13/21, 12/21, 11/21, 10/21, 9/21, 8/21, 7/21, 6/21, 5/21, 4/21

Hope its helpful
