Firstly we have to take LCM

LCM of 2 and 3 is 6

 -  \frac{3}{2}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =   -  \frac{9}{6}

 \frac{5}{3}  \times  \frac{2}{2}  =  \frac{10}{6}

Therefore 10 rational numbers between -3/2 & -3

5/3 are:

-9/6, -8/6, -7/6, -6/6, -5/6, -4/6, -3/6, -2/6, -1/6, 1/6, 2/6
