$\frac{0.16+0.17}{2} =  \frac{0.33}{2} = 0.165$

Other rational number between 0.16 and 0.165 =

$\frac{0.16+0.165}{2} =  \frac{0.325}{2} = 0.1625$

Other rational number between 0.17 and 0.165 =

$\frac{0.17+0.165}{2} =  \frac{0.335}{2} = 0.1675$

So the three rational numbers are 0.165, 0.1625 and 0.1675
