If we add any number in each term of the A.P. then number of term will not change.

Here, a=-12 ,d=3 , last term=21

we know that nth term of an

A.P. is given by Tn=a+d(n-1)

implies 21=-12+(n-1)×3

33= (n-1)×3

( n-1)=11

n=12.
