Answer:

Fourth duration

Step-by-step explanation:

In first duration speed is 15÷30=0.5

In second duration speed is 13÷30=0.43

IN THIRD duration speed is12÷30=0.4

In fourth it is 20÷30=0.67

So maximum speed is in fourth duration

as velocity = distance /time

first interval

v1=15/30=0.5

2nd interval

v2=13/30=0.43

3rd interval

v3=12/30=0.4

4th interval

v4=20/30=0.66

therefore the max velocity is between the interval of 12:00 to 12:30
