◆To find --->16th term
EASY METHOD
◆a=253(bcoz we have to find from last)
◆d=8-3=5
◆d=-5(we will change sign in simple method)
◆An=a+(n-1)d
◆a16=a+(16-1)d
◆a16=a+15d
◆a16=253+15(-5)
◆a16=253-75
◆a16=178

But hme last se 16 term nikalana h naa aur uske liye we hv a formula right ..
I m getting 188
Sry glti se type hua I m even getting the same but via formula 178
