Answer:

 {x}^{3} + {0x}^{2} - 39x + 70 = 0

 \implies here \: coefficient \: of \: {x}^{3} = 1

 \implies \: coefficient \: of \: {x}^{2} = 0

 \implies \: coefficient \: of \: x = - 39

and \: the \: last \: term \: is \: constant \: term

 \implies \: a = 1 ,b = 0,c = - 39,d = 70

-2 and -5

  1. x+5=0 and x+2=0
  2. f(x) = -5
  3. (-5)^3+39×5+70=-125+55+70
  4. 0=0
  5. f(x) = -2
  6. same as above
  7. and x-7 too if you want the full answer
