Sn =n/2[2a + (n-1)d]
Sum of first 3 terms = -3
3/2[2a + (3-1)d] = -3
3/2[2a + 2d] = -3
3(a+d) = -3
a + d = -1 [a+ d = a2 ]
Second Term = -1
