Step-by-step explanation:

A.P.- 10, 7, 4,.........

a=10, d= a2-a1=a3-a2

=7-10=4-7

= -3= -3

d= -3

an=[ a+(n-1)d ]

a30= [10+(30-1)(-3)]

=[10+(29)(-3)]

=[10+(-87)]

a30= -77

an= [a+(n-1)d]

=[10+(n-1)(-3)]

=[10+(-3n-3)]

an =[7-3n]

Therefore a30= -77; an= 7-3n
