n=40 a=-12

d=a1-a2

-5-(-12)=-7

an=a+(n-2)d

an=-12+(-12-2)-7

an=-12+(-14)-7

an=12+98

an=110

rajatverma20: A= - 12 d= 7 : T40 = a+(n-1)d . T40= a+39d . - 12 + 39(7) . - 12+273= T40= 261
