To find any number of rational number between two numbers, first condition is the denominator should be same and Between two number's numerator should be required number as we want.

here numerator is same, but there isn't 5 numbers between 4 and 7.

so

 \frac{4}{15}  =  \frac{4 \times 2}{15 \times 2}  =  \frac{8}{30}  \\  \frac{7}{15}  =  \frac{7 \times 2}{15 \times 2}  =  \frac{14}{30}

Now denominator are same and required numbers are between numerators.

so

 \frac{8}{30} ( \frac{4}{15} ) <  \frac{9}{30}  <  \frac{10}{30}  <  \frac{11}{30}  <   \frac{12}{30}  <  \frac{13}{30}  <  \frac{14}{30} ( \frac{7}{15} ) \\

hope it helps.
