A.P. = 5, 9, 13,.....185.
a = first term = 5
d = common difference = 9 - 5 = 4

We have find out the 9 th term from the end .

Now , rearrange the A. P. = 185 , 181 , ......, 13 , 9 , 5
First term = a = 185
Common difference = d = 181 - 185 = - 4
No. of term is(n) = 9

After putting values in formula; an = a + (n - 1)d

a9 = 185 + (9 - 1)(-4)
a9 = 185 + 8(-4)
a9 = 185 - 32
a9 = 153

Therefore 9th term from end will be = 153
