T= Time period = 24 hrs =24x3600 s
ω = 2π /T =2π/(24x3600) rad/s
Diameter of earth =12800 km
→ Radius R=12800/2
=6400 km
=64x105 m
Radial acceleration = (ω)²R
= 4π²x64x105/(24x3600)² m/s²
=0.0338 m/s²
ω = 2π /T =2π/(24x3600) rad/s
Diameter of earth =12800 km
→ Radius R=12800/2
=6400 km
=64x105 m
Radial acceleration = (ω)²R
= 4π²x64x105/(24x3600)² m/s²
=0.0338 m/s²
