let other two equal sides be x

then,24+x+x=64

2x=40

x=20

area=1/4 b√4a^2-b^2( a=two equal sides=20,b=base)

area=1/4*24√4*400 -576

area=6√1600-576

area=6√1024

area=6*32

area=192cm^2

also,area=1/2*b*h

192=1/2*24*h

(192*2)/24=h

h=16cm
