Area=1/2×(s1+s2)×h

5.25=1/2×h×6

(2 will cancel 6 and it replaced with 3)

5.25/3= h

H=1.75

Given,

Sum of the length of the bases = 6 cm

Area = 5.25 cm sq.

To find,

Altitude of Trapezium

Solution,

We know that the formula of the area of trapezium

= 1/2*(sum of parallel sides)*Height

Therefore,

we have,

5.25 = 1/2*(6)*x.         (Let the height be x)

x = (2*5.25)/6

x=1.75 cm

So, The altitude of the trapezium = 1.75 cm.
