Let us consider the altitude of a trapezium as h

so the sum of lengths of parallel sides are 6.5cm

area=26cm²

we know area of trapezium=1/2 h(a+b)

1/2 h(6.5) =26

h(6.5) =26*2/1

h(6.5) =52

h=52/6.5

h=8cm

so altitude of a trapezium is 8cm
