ypur answer.

area of triangle = 1/2 × base × altitude

1/2 × 15 × altitude = 60

altitude = 60 × 2 / 15

= 120 / 15

Given :

Area of triangle = 60 m²

Base = 15 m

As we know that,

Area of triangle = 1 / 2 × Base × Altitude

Putting value, we get

60 = 1 / 2 × 15 × Altitude

On rearranging

Altitude = ( 60 × 2 ) / 15

Altitude = 8 m
