Hey mate.

Here's your answer

As you know all sides of a rhombus are equal.

4 X Side = Perimeter of Rhombus
4 X Side = 140.
Side = 140/4
Side = 35 cm

Hence, base = 35 cm

As you know area of rhombus is b x h

b x h = Area of rhombus
35 X h = 420
h = 420/35
h = 12 cm

Hope this helps you

As rhombus is also a parallelogram its area is
b × h
side \: of \: rhombus = 140 \div 4 = 35 \\
35 \times h = 420 \\ h = 420 \div 35 = 12
therefore height of the rhombus is 12cm
